She was recognized by Special Events magazine as one of the 25 promising young professionals in the wedding planner category. She obtained a scholarship at The International School of Hospitality, where she continued her studies in the hospitality industry and large-weddings organization, and where she also met the owner of Simply Weddings, with whom she worked first as her assistant to later become her partner, a position she still holds

He has work experience in different culinary and consulting areas regarding food services. He has worked in five star, five diamond, and AAA hotels in Mexico and the United States, including The Ritz- Carlton Cancún and The Little Nell in Aspen, Co. From 2012 to date he has started different businesses in the food and beverage sector with restaurants, catering, breweries, industrial cafeterias, among others.
JOSÉ LAZCARRO QUIROZ, GRADUATE FROM THE LICENCIATURA IN CULINARY ARTS, CLASS OF 2011.
He traveled to France to continue his education under chef Alain Ducasse, who is the only French businessman to classify as one of Forbes 100 most influential people. After finishing his training in Paris, he was recruited to work in a hotel in Aspen, Colorado. When he returned to Mexico he was selected as chef for the Mexican embassy abroad, preparing multiple banquets for presidents and high diplomats in different Asian and European countries. He is currently the Executive Chef at the Hotel Grand Fiesta Americana in Puebla.
